On the morning of June 15th, Hengda Group hosted the second batch of standardized residential community observation event themed with "Benchmarking against Pang Donglai, Creating Excellent Property Management". The event was attended by more than 50 people, encompassing the Group President Wang Zhenfeng and other senior management personnel, relevant personnel from real estate projects, members of the Group's standardized residential community creation leading group, and various levels of Hengda Property management.
For the second phase of the Group's "Benchmarking against Pang Donglai, Creating Excellent Property Management" initiative, it began in November 2024, covering nine residential communities such as Hengda·Beihai Longcheng. The Group's review and acceptance of this phase was completed on June 10, 2025.
