Finally, Li Dongfa, founder of the Group, made an important speech and put forward three requirements. Managers at all levels should be responsible, not prevaricate, and effectively improve work efficiency. Third, it is necessary to benchmark advanced enterprises and do a good job in service. We should learn from the experience of advanced enterprises in other industries in how to love employees and how employees serve customers, constantly improve the recognition, satisfaction and loyalty of customers and owners, and realize the self transcendence of the group.
