Hengda?Heyuan project construction site
On the morning of June, the 23rd, leaders as director Wang Jianlin of accident investigation department, vice-director Li Hongyang of hazardous chemicals department of Henan emergency management bureau, general director Meng Tingxiu of Xuchang emergency management bureau, general director Li Yatian of Eastern district emergency management bureau, vice-general director of construction bureau of Eastern district, etc came to Hengda?Heyuan project construction site to research and guide the operation of work, and in the research, leaders were accompanied by Lu Jianchao, general manager of Heyuan project and Wang Zhiyuan, project leader of Dacheng co., ltd.
On the construction site of this project, Director Wang and the others carefully listened the transaction of general manager Lu Jianchao on situation of safely producing and especially visited VR safety exploration hall, who fully affirmed project management and brought up requirements on following works as follow: 1, Site safety management, risk control and operation procedures should be demonstrated in different forms; 2, Major sources of danger and potential safety hazards should be sorted by their risk level and road,landmark and separate signs for vehicles and people should be showed clearly; 3,By way of enhancing workplace hazards screening and control, carefully check the deficiencies and bugs in the process of risk management and control, stoutly eliminate all sorts of hidden danger before accident. Director Wang emphasized we should establish and improve a dual prevention system, build up safety and danger consciousness, and the point is all staff participating, controlling in the whole process, and control measures at all levels should be implemented. The purpose is to cut off hidden danger and source of accident by accurate and effective controlling and build up stable foundation of creating quality projects, enhancing the corporate image and setting a regional example.
