On the morning of March 25, the fourth meeting of the 7th People's Congress of Xuchang City was held. Mayor Shi Genzhi made a government work report to the conference. Hengda Group successfully listed in Hong Kong and became the second real estate company in Henan Province to directly list on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange through IPO, and became the first real estate company listed in Xuchang. Not only the “Xuchang Plate” in the Hong Kong stock market have a new face in the real estate industry, it has achieved a “zero” breakthrough in the listing of local companies in Hong Kong， and it has become a milestone in the history of Xuchang’s real estate development but also marks that the Hengda Group has officially entered the international capital market and realized a big leap from product management to capital operation, which will surely bring great encouragement and demonstration to more high-quality enterprises in the city to enter the capital market.
